Job Requirements:
- Managing individuals and teams executing work packages in the field of waste and environment management
- Planning and executing work consistent with quality, cost, and schedule requirements.
- Removing barriers that could impact quality, cost, and schedule performance.
- Working with assigned staff to find optimal solutions to project challenges.
- Providing technical guidance to staff, as appropriate.
- Ensuring that work is conducted in accordance with applicable Engineering and Quality Assurance procedures, inclusive of contract, specifications, and technical requirements.
- Approving technical documents and deliverables.
- Participating in the preparation of commercial proposals and approving the technical content of proposals/bids prepared under their direction.
- Forecasting resource demands for the assigned work scope, including required skills, capabilities, and durations.
- Working with marketing and other business groups to maintain and improve client relationships and offerings.
- Experience in operations, preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance of machinery is preferred
- Second nationality is a plus
- Job location between Lebanon and KSA
· Minimum 7 years of working experiences in a plant or machinery environment of preference in waste management industry or heavy industry
