-You will provide technical assistance for hardware & software
-You will install and configure computer hardware, software, OS, networks, printers, antivirus
-You will monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
-You will respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests
-You will provide technical support for head office & operations
-You will repair and replace equipment as necessary
-You will provide training for end users on the implemented systems
-You will report project status & issues to the IT Manager
-You will conduct daily preventive visits to various branches for support
-You will provide hotline support 24/7 as needed for the operations
-You will use established system to log requests, monitor progress and track cases
Skills
-Bachelor’s Degree in information technology
-0 - 1 experience in IT
-Good standard of computer and data manipulation and interpretation skills with a good knowledge of Microsoft products such Office 365 and Windows Servers.
-Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
-Good written and verbal communication skills
