A 5-star Hotel in Beirut is looking for a Financial Controller to be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, specifically within the hotels or resort industry. They will ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information, provide financial analysis and reporting, and develop and implement financial policies and procedures tailored to the unique needs of the hospitality sector.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the financial accounting and reporting processes specific to hotels or resort industry.
2. Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports for hotels or resort properties.
3. Monitor and analyze financial performance of hotels or resort properties, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
4. Develop and maintain financial controls and procedures specific to hotels or resort industry.
5. Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes for hotels or resort properties.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Financial Controller in the hotels or resort industry.
2. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards within the hospitality sector.
