Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a VoIP / SMS NOC at PC Globalco S.A.L OFF-SHORE in Beirut. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as network operations center (NOC) management, troubleshooting network issues, network administration, technical support, and computer network operations.
Qualifications
- Network Operations Center (NOC) in telecom(VoIP/SMS) and Network Administration skills
- Troubleshooting and Technical Support abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of VoIP and SMS technologies
- Junior/Freshly-Graduate
