Job Description:

  • Promote and sell a variety of watches and timepieces to guests.
  • Provide expert advice on onboard watch products and meet sales targets.
  • Ensure visually appealing product presentation and adherence to merchandising guidelines.
  • Inform guests about special offers, new products, and promotions.
  • Assist guests in finding products and handle complaints and queries.
  • Process payments and ensure accurate pricing and attractive store layout.
  • Conduct inventory management, including cycle counts, stock replenishment, and stock control.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, including tidying and mopping.
  • Stay updated on promotions and display setups.
  • Perform additional duties as needed, including vessel safety tasks.

Profile:

  • Fluent in English; additional languages preferred.
  • High School diploma required.
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a Watch Specialist in retail; shipboard experience preferred.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and negotiation skills.
