Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Ticket Agent at Vibes Tourism in Beirut. The Ticket Agent will be responsible for ticket sales, communication with customers, handling reservations, and sales activities.
Qualifications
- Experience in Ticket Sales and Reservations
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Sales skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of travel industry and destinations
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Fluency in additional languages is a plus
- Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial
