Job Description


We are seeking a motivated Microsoft Support Administrator with 1-2 years of experience to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have proficiency in both English and French and possess a strong understanding of Microsoft technologies, backed by relevant certifications. This role involves providing technical support and maintenance for our clients’ Microsoft environments, including Azure, M365, and Dynamics.


Key Responsibilities


• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Microsoft Azure, M365, and Dynamics.

• Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Microsoft solutions.

• Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings.

• Respond to and resolve client inquiries and issues in a timely manner.

• Collaborate with the team to improve and optimize support processes.

• Document technical procedures and solutions for future reference.


Qualifications


• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, M365, and Dynamics.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required: Proficiency in English and French.

Required: Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals).


Preferred Skills


• Familiarity with networking and cloud technologies.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

• Proficiency in managing and supporting Microsoft 365 environments.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing high-quality support to end-users.
