Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning and Analysis:
• Analyse key communication and marketing performance metrics, conduct market research, and forecast trends in the higher education sector.
• Conduct competitor analyses and evaluate campaign results to formulate actionable insights that align with the university's mission and values.
• Develop and adapt marketing strategies tailored to diverse target audiences, including prospective students, parents, and academic partners.
Marketing Management:
• Implement comprehensive marketing plans for academic programs, events, and university initiatives.
• Enhance outreach efforts to promote the university's unique offerings, ensuring the successful launch and promotion of programs and events.
• Equip the admissions teams with necessary marketing tools and materials to attract top-tier students.
• Identify new opportunities for growth and create actionable plans for continuous improvement in marketing and communications.
• Oversee the annual marketing budget, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
Brand Management:
• Develop and maintain a compelling narrative for Université La Sagesse, reinforcing its identity as a leading institution for higher education in Lebanon.
• Advise on the development of the university's corporate brand and its impact on enrolment, partnerships, and community engagement.
Communications:
• Manage and scale up communications across all channels, including media, press, public relations, and digital platforms.
• Present the university’s programs and achievements to the public, expanding its network and developing effective communication tools.
• Enhance the university's online presence and engagement through strategic use of social media and other digital platforms.
Training and Development:
• Create training materials for internal teams, including faculty and staff, to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
• Develop guidelines and best practices for communication and marketing efforts across the university.
Team Management:
• Collaborate with and supervise designers, content creators, and other stakeholders on marketing and communications projects.
• Coordinate and oversee the progress of all marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with the university’s strategic goals.
Profile Requirements
• Education: Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: A minimum of 5 years in a senior-level role with extensive experience in corporate social responsibility, preferably within the higher education sector or a closely related field.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, French and Arabic.
• Skills:
o Strong experience in implementing targeted marketing strategies within an academic or institutional context.
o Passionate about higher education and committed to promoting the university’s values and mission.
o Proven ability to deliver results and adapt to the dynamic needs of the educational environment.
o Excellent networking and persuasive skills, with a track record of building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
o Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
o Energetic, visionary, and capable of driving change and innovation.
Preferred Skills and Experience: Higher Education Marketing, Digital Communications, Brand Management, Strategic Planning.
