We are seeking a dynamic and driven Account Executive to join our growing marketing agency who will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving client satisfaction, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
· Serve as the primary point of contact for designated clients, maintaining regular communication and ensuring client satisfaction.
· Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with client objectives.
· Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide clients with regular reports and insights to inform future strategies.
· Work closely with creative and content teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects.
· Manage client budgets, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within the agreed financial framework.
· Identify opportunities to grow client accounts through upselling or cross-selling additional services.
· Client Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and clear understanding of their needs and expectations.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
· Experience: 2-4 years of experience in an account management role, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
