Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement plans to grow accounts
  • Work to achieve monthly and yearly accounts targets
  • Plan and perform trade visits
  • Identify and acquire new accounts
  • Arrange and host in-store promotional events
  • Initiate purchase orders with accounts and supervise logistics
  • Prepare invoices and update entries in sales database
  • Participate in the preparation and execution of demand creation events
  • Gather data and consumer insights


Requirements:

  • Must have a car and a valid Lebanese driving license
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in sales, business development, etc., preferably in the toy or retail industry
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or any other business-related field


Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic
  • Good analytical and organizational skills
  • Demonstrates personal integrity and honesty
  • Self-motivated, self-starter, and team player
  • Client service orientation and attitude
  • Capacity to assume more significant executive responsibilities over time
  • Passion for Board Games
