HR Assistant / Accountant

Position Overview: Social Lab is seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR/Assistant or Accountant to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring smooth HR operations, or handling financial records, depending on your expertise.

Requirements & Skills:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in HR processes, administrative support, or accounting (depending on the role)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information
- Familiarity with accounting software is a plus for the Accountant role

Responsibilities:

- Assist in HR functions, such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations (HR/Assistant role)
- Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and file management
- Manage financial records, including accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and budgeting (Accountant role)
- Support management with various projects and reports as needed
