JOB OVERVIEW
Take significant responsibility for the dishes, quality and food cost of the canteen.
Implement the tasks and instructions issued by the superior;
Position requirements:

Lebanese master chefs are required to master excellent plate presentation skills and develop new menu capabilities, and regularly new dishes.
Have a considerable foundation in cost control management, food nutrition, and canteen equipment knowledge, and be able to effectively control costs and reduce waste;
Have high cooking skills, understand and be familiar with the origin, specifications, quality ;
Good communication skills and ability to adjust;
At least 5 years of experience as a master Chef in a Lebanese local food restaurant.
The physical condition meets the requirements of the national catering industry standards, and there are no bad habits and records.
Salary and benefits :3000-5500USD / Month, excellent also negotiable.
