We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. The HR Coordinator will support the HR department in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screenings, and interview scheduling.
Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including preparing orientation materials, setting up workspaces, and conducting orientation sessions.
Employee Records Management:
Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies regarding employee documentation.
Benefits Administration:
Assist in the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other company-provided benefits.
Handle employee inquiries related to benefits and escalate issues as needed.
Employee Relations:
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, providing guidance and support.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events to promote a positive workplace culture.
Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies by staying updated on HR regulations.
Assist in preparing reports and maintaining HR metrics for management review.
Training and Development:
Coordinate and schedule training sessions and development programs for employees.
Track employee training progress and maintain training records.
Documentation of Procedures:
Document new procedures, best practices, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as they are developed.
Ensure all HR documentation is up-to-date, easily accessible, and communicated to relevant stakeholders.
General HR Support:
Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed, including preparing correspondence, filing documents, and managing HR-related communications.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Project Management:
Lead or assist in business related projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources to achieve project objectives.
Monitor project progress, provide updates to stakeholders, and make necessary adjustments to keep projects on track.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Skills:
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is a plus.
