Job Overview:
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a critical role in driving the growth of the agency by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential clients. This role is designed for an energetic and motivated individual who can bridge the gap between marketing and sales by generating leads and setting up meetings for the sales team. The SDR will leverage cutting-edge approaches, including NeuroCom insights, to understand prospects' needs and challenges, ultimately helping to build strong connections with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation & Prospecting:
o Research and identify potential clients across various industries who align with the agency’s vision of innovative brand experience and emotional connection.
o Utilize outbound strategies, including cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach, to generate leads and build a robust pipeline of prospects.
o Leverage NeuroCom insights to tailor outreach efforts and understand the psychological drivers behind prospects' decision-making processes.
• Qualification & Nurturing:
o Conduct initial conversations with prospects to identify their needs, pain points, and potential fit with the agency’s offerings.
o Qualify leads through discovery calls and in-depth research, ensuring that they meet the criteria for further engagement by the sales team.
o Nurture leads through personalized follow-ups, sharing relevant content, and providing value-driven interactions to keep them engaged.
• Collaboration & Handoff:
o Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads to account executives or business development managers.
o Provide insights gathered from initial prospect interactions to help shape tailored proposals and presentations.
• Data Management & Reporting:
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions and activities within the CRM system.
o Track and report on key performance metrics, including the number of leads generated, conversion rates, and the quality of leads.
o Provide regular feedback on the effectiveness of lead generation strategies and suggest improvements based on data analysis.
• Continuous Learning:
o Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and new developments in brand experience, NeuroCom, and related fields.
o Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills in sales, communication, and lead generation.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a sales development, lead generation, or similar role, preferably within the marketing, advertising, or brand experience industry.
• Skills:
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
o Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex concepts and translate them into compelling outreach messages.
o Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
o Experience using CRM software and other sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
