We pride ourselves on delivering quality products and exceptional service to our customers. We are currently expanding our team and looking for a motivated Telemarketing Representative to join us.
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telemarketing Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to close sales over the phone. You will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with customers, and promoting our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote our products and services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and quotas.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Follow up on leads and close sales.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a telemarketer or similar sales service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
