Duties and Responsibilities:

> Documentation:

a.      Retain records in accordance with approved procedures, GMP, ISO 9001:2015 and regulatory requirements.

b.     Set and write all processes and procedures related to the Sales & Marketing Department in coordination with the sales and marketing manager and ensure their strict implementation.

c.       Report any deviation, returned product, adverse drug reaction, suspected counterfeit products and pharmacovigilance case.

 

> Sales and Marketing activities:

a.      Follow and apply the company’s quality system based on National and European “Good Manufacturing Practices” and “ISO 9001:2015” requirements.

b.     Maintain and develop the organization’s corporate image and reputation, protect and develop the organization's brands.

c.      Establish and maintain Interpersonal Relationships; develop constructive and cooperative relationships with customers and maintain them over time.

d.     Maintain existing customers & prospect for new business opportunities.

e.      Plan and carry out direct marketing activities to agreed marketing strategy, budgets, sales volumes, values, product mix and timescales.

f.    Create and execute an effective call plan and keep post call notes to assist with pre-call planning through utilizing customer needs.

g.     Present characteristics and clinical studies pertaining to company’s products with related customers.

h.     Respond to and follow up on sales enquiries and sales orders by personal visits.

I.       Forward customer orders and agreed on offers to the “Assistant Sales Administrator” in a timely manner.

j.       Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, new products and activities.

k.     Submit daily reports and weekly routing plans to the Sales & Marketing manager.

l.       Carry out market research and surveys for new potential products.

m.   Attend trainings held by suppliers, seminars and conferences.


> Inspection and monitoring:

a.      Conduct self-inspection in order to monitor the implementation and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices principles and to propose necessary corrective measures.


> Others:

a.      Adhere to business ethics code.

Accept and work any task related to Sales &Marketing activities required by Sales and Marketing Manager.


  • Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar function
  • Degree: Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, Biology, Biochemistry or any degree related to healthcare field.
  •  Languages: Arabic and English
  •  Computer Skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
