Key Responsibilities:

* Project Planning: Implement and manage project workflows, ensuring all necessary forms and documentation are accurately completed and properly executed. This proactive approach is essential to guarantee smooth project reporting and timely closure.

* Procurement Management: Oversee the full procurement cycle, including budgeting, tendering, comparative analysis, and performing budget-to-actual expenditure evaluations to ensure cost control and efficiency.

* Site Coordination: Track project progress, prepare measurement statements, and manage contractor invoicing to ensure alignment with project timelines.

* Management Coordination: Work collaboratively across departments to oversee the receipt of Bills of Quantities (BOQ), drawings, and approvals from senior management. Handle invoicing and payment coordination between contractors and the accounting department based on completed work. Additionally, manage contractor submissions of shop drawings, as-built plans, and related documents, ensuring all logs are updated per company standards.

* Filing and Documentation Management: Maintain well-organized digital and physical filing systems to ensure that all project documents are archived correctly and can be accessed easily when needed.

* Project Scheduling: Develop and monitor project schedules, ensuring timelines are adhered to and project milestones are met.

* Cost Reporting: Prepare and update project cost reports, providing accurate financial insights throughout the project lifecycle.

  • * Measurement Statements: Compile and manage contractor measurement statements to track progress and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.

Skills

Key Requirements:

  • Educational background in Engineering or Business Management.
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in procurement and management within the construction industry.
