Job Summary

we are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Invoicing Clerk with experience in vendor management. The ideal candidate will contribute to the efficient operation of the office, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure accurate invoicing for the organization's exclusive partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

-Perform general office duties, including answering phones, managing correspondence, and maintaining records.
-Handle invoicing tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely processing.
-Maintain excellent relationships with vendors and provide top-notch customer service to clients and partners.
-Assist with office organization and administrative tasks as needed.
-Ensure due diligence in all office processes and procedures related to invoicing and vendor management

Requirements

-3+ Years of strong experience in invoicing, vendor management, and office management.
-Excellent customer service and communication skills, and proficiency in English, to maintain positive relationships with vendors and clients.
-Keen attention to detail and an elevated level of accuracy in all tasks.
-Proficiency in office software and equipment
