Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team in the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in French is a plus. The successful candidate will hold at least a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable automotive products or services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Achieve sales targets by effectively managing the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal.
  • Stay informed about the latest products, services, and industry trends to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and finance teams to develop strategies to drive sales and improve customer engagement.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our products.
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and market feedback.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive sales or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in French is an advantage.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  •  Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Preferred Skills: In-depth knowledge of automotive products, features, and industry trends.
  • Bilingual abilities in English and French.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.

  • Adept at communicating with the in-house team, clients, and management through formal documentation and discussions.
  • Ability to implement the 'customer first' approach by providing a personalized and convenient sales pitch.

  • Proven command on improving conversion rate through modern communication channels and impressive presentations.
  • Ability to find the right balance between client requirements and company terms, thereby improving profit margins and maintaining fruitful customer relationships.
