Position: Team Sales Supervisor
Job Purpose:
The Sales Supervisor will lead the sales team, ensuring the successful implementation of brand strategies and marketing plans. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with key accounts, supervising the sales team's performance, and providing the necessary support to achieve sales targets. The Sales Supervisor is accountable for delivering on the brand’s profit, sales volume, and market share objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Marketing Execution:
- Ensure accurate product positioning and communication by the sales team.
- Oversee the implementation, monitoring, and follow-up of all marketing guidelines and sales activities of the brands.
- Continuously monitor sales performance to ensure targets are met, and provide insights for updating marketing plans.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
· Conduct regular market visits to support the sales team, ensure proper execution of the marketing plans, and gather competitive market data.
Team Management:
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve high performance.
- Manage the performance appraisal process, ensuring that KPIs are met and providing feedback to upper management.

Qualifications, Experience, & Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related scientific field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Fluent in English and Arabic; French is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven analytical and strategic planning abilities.
- Experience in team management is an advantage.
