MERC "Middle East Resourcing Center" Business Unit is the deparmtment responsible for supporting the operations for the Consulting Line of Service. The department focuses on multiple competencies such as Resourcing, Business Development, Talent Aqusition & Recruitment, Human Capital, Communications, and Central Finance. MERC Consulting team contributes in the achievements of the consulting line of service by providing the backend support required to delivere high end results to our clients.

Required

As a Graphic Designer-Associate, you'll be involved in in the creation of designs for publications, web, social media, videos and other marketing material for the consulting line of service. Graphic Designer input is required for a huge variety of products and activities, including:

  • Flair for design and good attention to details
  • Strong media management and organisational skills
  • Coming up with design concepts that fit the requirements
  • Presenting designs options for design treatments
  • Creating final designs, working to a deadline and amending designs according to the final comments
  • Ability to balance work and work on several projects at the same time

Skills And Competencies

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills in Adobe Program and excellent skills on after effects.
  • Creative skills: You need the creative ability to devise communication strategies Digital skills: Familiarity with information technology, especially digital and video means of communication, is essential.
  • A strong visual sense
  • Bilingual in Arabic and English, with strong English language proficiency.

Educational Qualifications & Certifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic design

Years of Experience: 1+ years of relevant experience of working within a consulting environment, ideally with one of the Big4 firms, or a global strategy house, or in a challenging in-house role
