Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy aligned with the company's business objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of recruiters.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and business leaders.
- Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
- Manage the recruitment process from initial candidate screening to offer acceptance.
