CIS College is looking for Relationship Representative / Sales Officer for Beirut Branches to join the team immediately.
Responsibilities:
- Students registration,
- Explanation of the courses training for the students,
- Participate in creating and implementing training programs,
- Maintain training records (trainee lists, schedules, attendance sheets),
- Book classrooms and ensure they’re properly set up,
- Resolve issues,
- Submit reports on training activities and results,
- Recommend improvements or new programs,
- Prepare the certificates.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- BA/BS in Business Administration or similar field,
- Proven work experience as a Training Administrator or similar role,
- Experience in project management
- Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically),
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in customer service or related field is a plus
