Senior Account Manager

Rak4 Communications & Rak4 Digital are looking for an (senior)Account Manager to work on corp communications projects across online/digital and print, lead the agencies ideas presentation, and ensuring the ideas remain faithful to the brief and that it is kept within the time frame and budget.

Role and Tasks


(senior)Account Manager with a strong interpersonal and communication skills to handle advertising and digital marketing accounts, and serve as the primary point of agency contact with clients.

Finesse delicate client relationships while driving the agency to product its best results by developping and understanding of:

•Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts

•Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships

• Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit


General Duties


•Create effective communication strategies for clients from different industries

•Prepare agency creative briefs (for studio – internally)

•Write content marketing plan

•Curate articles for electronic and printed collateral such as flyers, case studies, and white paper

•Plan and execute all marketing materials / events / promotions / media with the studio Design team (awareness, tactics and through different marketing channels)

•Know the difference between goals, strategies and tactics

•Track ROI for marketing campaigns

•Initiate marketing reports (social media / digital / offline) and analyze it with your line manager

•Coordinate external and internal communications

•Build long-term relationships with clients

•Look after clients copy writing for different type of collaterals and online platforms


What we are looking for?


• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or similar field

•Minimum of 6+ years agency experience

•Strong Interpersonal, time management, project management, presentation, and communication skills
