The Outdoor Medical Representative is responsible for promoting and selling cosmeceutical skincare products to pharmacies and healthcare professionals. The representative will focus on building strong relationships with pharmacists, dermatologists, and healthcare providers, conducting product presentations, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote and Sell Products: Actively promote and sell the company’s cosmeceutical skincare products to pharmacies and healthcare professionals.
• Build Relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with pharmacists, dermatologists, and other healthcare providers to ensure product awareness and preference.
• Conduct Product Presentations: Arrange and conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions to healthcare professionals and pharmacy staff.
• Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and objectives in the designated territory.
• Market Research: Monitor competitor activities and market trends, gather customer feedback, and provide insights to the sales and marketing team.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer contacts, and sales forecasts. Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the management.
• Territory Management: Manage the designated sales territory effectively, including planning daily activities, organizing appointments, and optimizing routes.
• Customer Support: Provide after-sales support, including addressing customer inquiries and handling any complaints or concerns.
• Participate in Events: Attend trade shows, conferences, and other promotional events to promote products and expand customer base.
Qualifications:
• Educational Background: A degree in Life Sciences, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, or a related field is preferred.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Sales Skills: Proven sales track record, with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of cosmeceutical products, skincare, and dermatology.
• Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively within the designated territory.
• Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license is required.
