Role Overview:

The Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in steering the strategic direction of a company’s branding and marketing efforts.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve the company's objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
• Focuses on online marketing strategies, including social media, email campaigns, search engine optimization (SEO), and online advertising.
• Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution across various channels, such as digital, social media, traditional advertising, and events.
• Oversees the development and implementation of content strategies, including blog posts, articles, videos, and other materials to engage and attract the target audience.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Manages and enhances the overall brand image of the company.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales and product development, to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
• Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds effectively to maximize ROI.
• Track expenses and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
• Focuses on driving online sales by developing and implementing strategies for e-commerce platforms, optimizing product listings, and managing online advertising.
• Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website management, SEO, SEM, and social media.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and incorporate relevant strategies into the overall marketing plan.
• Build and maintain relationships with media outlets and key industry influencers.
• Manage public relations efforts to enhance the company's image and handle crisis communications when necessary.
• Prepare regular reports for management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:
• BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or related field
• Demonstrable experience in marketing
• Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns

Preferred Skills:
• Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
• Interpersonal skills: teamwork, active listening and conflict management
