About the Job


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Attraction and Acquisition Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will develop and implement strategies to enhance our employer value proposition and recognition, attract and recruit top talent, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process autonomously.

This role demands a results-driven mindset, problem solving skills and high accountability. The candidate must excel in communication and project management, and embody our company culture.


Your main duties will include:


Talent Attraction

Develop and Execute Recruitment Strategies: Create and implement effective recruitment plans to attract top talent

Employer Value Proposition:

  • Consistently communicate the company's employer brand to attract high-potential talent
  • Manage company profile/page on different platforms
  • Develop marketing materials and campaigns to promote job openings and the company culture

Candidate Sourcing: Identify and engage potential candidates through various channels.


Talent Acquisition

Recruitment Project Management:

  • Manage multiple recruitment projects end-to-end, assessing the priority based on the company goals and keeping all stakeholders informed
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing guidance and support
  • Conduct behavioural, competency based and cultural interviews with candidates
  • Own SAP Success Factors Recruitment end to end

Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future needs

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and expectations. Provide recommendations and regular status updates to keep them informed, proactively raise issues and agree on solutions

Reporting and Monitoring Recruitment Metrics: Track and report on recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of strategies. Utilize recruitment data and analytics to identify trends, measure success, and make informed hiring decisions

Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and seamless experience for candidates

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, methodology and channels, propose creative solutions and implement initiatives


What We Expect from You


  • Proven experience in leading employer value proposition design and communication, talent attraction and acquisition
  • Internalize and advocate for the company's mission and vision, embody its culture, and make decisions that align with these principles
  • Strong work ethics, accountability, ability to drive results
  • Excellent English & Arabic communication skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to manage several tasks at once, organize, priorities and manage own time
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Ability to handle and maintain confidential information


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in talent attraction and talent acquisition
  • Proficiency in MS Office & HRIS systems (SAP Success Factors proficiency is a plus)
