Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Advertising Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other programmatic networks. The Digital Advertising Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our clients’ digital ad strategies to drive growth and achieve their business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital advertising strategies for clients across various industries.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and create tailored ad campaigns to meet their needs.
Campaign Management and Optimization:
- Set up, manage, and optimize digital ad campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI.
- Continuously test and optimize ad copy, creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies to improve campaign performance.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate detailed and insightful reports on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics and KPIs.
- Provide actionable recommendations to clients based on data analysis and campaign results.
- Present findings and strategies to clients in a clear and concise manner.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with the account management team to ensure client satisfaction and alignment of campaign goals.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and copy that resonate with target audiences.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and platform updates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience 4+ years in managing digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in digital advertising tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and various ad management tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
