Requirements
• BT or TS or LT degree in electricity
• Availability to travel around 6 months per year
• Trilingual (English-French-Arabic)

Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:30pm

Job Purpose
1. Read blueprints, schematics, diagrams, and technical orders.
2. Assemble wires, insulation, and electrical components.
3. Fabricate and install and operate/startup/load electrical or mechanical assemblies and hardware equipment and metalworking machines, such as bench lathe, milling machine, punch press, and drill press and verify or adjust or calibrate dimensions/precision of electrical & mechanical instruments, to ensure conformance to blueprints and other specifications or standards.
4. Test/inspect:
a. parts for surface defects.
b. assemblies for circuit continuity and operational reliability.
c. initial operational, functionality, and performance guarantee.
d. analysis of results and repair or adjust instruments according to analysis.
e. follow-up on completion; monitor & report any defect/deficiency or any deviation from the contractually specified scope.
5. Write daily tasks log, record the results and submit reports on fabrication techniques used.
6. Assist Site Engineers with all necessary tasks and under all divisions (Drive, Marine, Traction, Training, Substations, Electrolyze, Powerplants, Industrial and operations and maintenance, etc...)
7. Maintain electrical systems and components to required specifications, focusing on economy safety, reliability and sustainability.
8. Supervise the Alignment, fitting, and assembling component parts, using hand tools, power tools, fixtures and templates.
9. Interface with construction activities and accept electrical systems into service completely; pre and post energization checks.
10. Communicate with clients when necessary
