We are looking for a Field Sales Representative to:

1- Daily visits to retailers, perfumeries, salons, pharmacies, and other potential sales points to promote and sell beauty products.
2- Develop and implement sales strategies to enhance product distribution and market penetration across Lebanon.
3- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners securing long-term business growth.
4- Provide dynamic presentations of beauty products, emphasizing their unique features and benefits.
5- Conduct comprehensive product training and offer ongoing support to empower retailers and enhance their selling skills.
6- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies and identify growth opportunities.
7- Utilize knowledge of the local beauty market landscape to tailor approaches and drive sales success.
8- Adhere to and promote efficient sales processes, with a focus on leveraging Sales Force Automation tools to enhance productivity and accuracy in sales operations.

Requirements:

1- Proven field sales experience, with a strong background in the beauty industry.
2- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and customers.
3- Ability to travel extensively across assigned territories.
4- Keen analytical skills for market analysis and sales strategy development.
5- Process-oriented with a strong familiarity with Sales Force Automation processes considered a major plus.
6- Educational qualification: High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
