Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Account Management:
- Manage assigned client accounts, ensuring their satisfaction with our results and services.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and recommend the best strategies and solutions.
- Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
- Internal Process Oversight:
- Oversee all internal processes, ensuring everything is running smoothly and delivered on time.
- Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure alignment and timely execution of projects.
- Project & Account Management:
- Manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously, ensuring each one meets or exceeds expectations.
- Work directly with the content, media buying, and production teams, guiding them through each step of their work to ensure successful project completion.
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
