Job Title: Business Central Technical Consultant

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Business Central Technical Consultant to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, focusing on technical implementations, customizations, and integrations. This role requires a deep understanding of Business Central's architecture and the ability to tailor the platform to meet client-specific requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Technical Development: Design, develop, and implement customizations, extensions, and integrations for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Customization and Configuration: Customize Business Central solutions based on client requirements, including modifying existing functionalities and developing new modules.
• Data Migration: Plan and execute data migration from legacy systems to Business Central, ensuring data integrity and seamless transitions.
• Integration: Integrate Business Central with other third-party systems, utilizing APIs, web services, and other integration tools.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in Business Central environments.
• Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize system performance, ensuring efficient operation and scalability.
• Testing: Conduct thorough testing of developed solutions, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for all customizations, integrations, and configurations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with functional consultants, project managers, and clients to ensure technical solutions meet business needs.
• Support: Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance to clients, addressing any technical issues or enhancements post-implementation.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Technical Consultant with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or older versions.
• Strong proficiency in AL language, C/AL, and understanding of Business Central’s architecture.
• Experience with data migration, integration, and performance optimization in Business Central.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, and related technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central certifications are a plus.
