We are looking for a Maintenance Manager four our Factory Rim (Bekaa - Zahle ).
This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Manager. This includes managing a team of maintenance technicians, developing and implementing maintenance strategies, ensuring compliance with safety regulations to ensure smooth operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute maintenance strategies and programs.
• Lead, train, and supervise the maintenance team, including scheduling and performance management.
• Oversee routine and preventive maintenance tasks, ensuring they are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Resolve maintenance issues.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
• Coordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance activities.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and repairs.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies and techniques to improve maintenance processes.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical engineering, or related filed.
• Proven Experience in a similar role.
