Marketing Coordinator

AiHOM Group - Lebanon - Beirut

Location: Mecharafieh (Head Office) - Beirut.

Working schedule: Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Saturday from 9:00 to 2:00 pm.

AIHOM – ISTIKBAL is searching for a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join our team.

He / She will be responsible for supporting our marketing manager to elevate our brand presence across various channels.

Therefore, you will be responsible for crafting and executing engaging marketing strategies that capture the essence of our retail furniture offerings.


Key Responsibilities:

• Outdoor Advertising: Develop and manage effective outdoor advertising campaigns, including billboards, unipoles, etc...

• Social Media: Monitor the team to Create, and manage compelling content across all social media platforms( Facebook, Instagram, etc.…) to engage our audience and drive brand awareness, and enhance sales.

• Digital Marketing: Implement and optimize digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, and email campaigns, to increase online visibility and sales.

• TV and Radio Advertising: Oversee TV and radio advertising campaigns, including production, scheduling, and performance analysis.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing manager, and marketing team to ensure cohesive and strategic execution of all marketing activities.

• Budget: Set and control the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and achieving financial targets.

• Coordination with Main Company: Collaborate with the main company in Turkey to ensure alignment of marketing strategies, budget, and share insights.

• Coordination with internal departments: Facilitate clear and effective communication with the Operations, Purchasing, and Finance departments regarding posts, offers, and campaigns to ensure better performance, achieve targets, and align with business objectives.


Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

• Proven 3+ years’ experience in marketing, preferably in the retail or furniture industry.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media.

• Experience with outdoor, TV, and radio advertising.

• Budget management experience and financial acumen.

• Excellent communication skills, organizational, and analytical skills.

• Experience coordinating with international teams or offices is a plus.

• Creative thinking with a keen eye for detail and trends.
