Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the oil and gas manufacturing industry, specifically in tank production. You will work in a team-oriented environment focused on improving operational efficiency, ensuring the smooth execution of projects, and delivering high-quality products.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of tank manufacturing processes.
- Plan and manage on-site engineering operations, ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met.
- Suggest and implement methods to improve operational efficiency in manufacturing and site operations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments, including production, design, and quality assurance, to optimize the entire process.
- Troubleshoot and resolve engineering issues promptly on-site.
- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and client requirements.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in oil and gas manufacturing, with a focus on tank production and on-site engineering.
- Proven ability to read and interpret designs, blueprints, and schematics.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, especially in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent multitasking, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Proficiency in project management and an ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with various teams.
