Administrative assistant

Scan and organize documents.
- Follow up with custom agents and shipping companies.
- Prepare customs documents.
- Check customs declarations.
- Prepare pledges for customs.
- Monitor customs files.
- Track import process from shipping documents to warehouse delivery.
- Other duties as required.


Qualifications

 A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or similar field preferred.
 Advanced in both English and Arabic is essential, French is a plus.
 Proficient in Microsoft Office
