*Billing and Collection’s inquiries (provide customers with the bills and Statement of Account needed, and assist for any additional clarification needed).
*Change of the payment method (From prepaid to postpaid or vice versa)
* Handle all ADSL & Fiber cancellations
* Handle all Switch ISP requests (outbound or switched from IDM/Cyberia to another ISP)
* Handling and escalate all compensations/refunds/free Hardware’s requests to the supervisor to be checked (Internet & TV)
* Handle non-technical customer’s complaints, escalate, and follow up to ensure resolution (Internet & TV)
*Update any ticket opened by the call Center Team or any other Unit, by adding the walk-in customer’s feedbacks (Internet & TV)
