Streamer Business Developer

Preference:

1. Relevant experience in recruiting and managing streamers is highly desirable.

2. Be familiar with streaming platforms like TikTok LIVE, BIGO, MICO and so on is highly desirable.

 

You will be responsible for:

1. Streamer Recruitment: 

(1) Use your persuasive abilities to identify and recruit high-profile streamers.

(2) Proactively engage with potential streamers, showcasing the benefits of partnering with our platform and how it aligns with their brand and audience.

2. Relationship Management:

(1) Build a strong and long-term relationships with our streamers, providing stream training for them.

(2) Be the main POC for streamers, addressing any queries or requests promptly, providing ongoing support and assistance.

(3) Provide professional guidance to streamers, enhancing their live content, motivating their diamonds and live activeness.

3. Streamer Retention:

(1) Analyze performance data of streamers, increasing streamers’ retention rate.

(2) Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging streaming technologies.

Skills

Job Requirements:

1. Familiarity with various stream and social media platforms and tools is a plus.

2. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

3. Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to resolve issues effectively.

4. Proficiency in data analysis to make informed strategic adjustments.
