Role Description

This full-time on-site role located in Beirut is for a dynamic fresh graduate in Human Resource Management ready to discover untapped talent, handle the overall hiring strategies and enable people to develop successful careers.

Role Objective

• Assist in managing the full recruiting lifecycle, as a talent acquisition and HR recruiter,
• Foster and build relationships with potential candidates and effectively use the database to fill in existing roles,
• Build a strong employer brand for the company, by finding and hiring the right candidate for the job,
• Recruit and hire strong candidates who will positively impact the company,


Responsibilities

• Implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various job openings,
• Implement job descriptions as per the guidance of Hiring Managers,
• Write and post job descriptions, and frequently engage with prospective candidates on various hiring and social media platforms,
• Screen incoming resumes for potential candidates and maintain the applicant forms and database
• Keep accurate records of candidate information and recruitment activities through the entire span of the hiring process,
• Conduct and schedule interviews and follow up with candidates,
• Conduct background check and employment verifications to ensure that potential candidates meet the company's standards and requirements,
• Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events to promote employer brand and attract right talents,



Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management,
• Knowledge of HR regulations, employment practices and labor laws,
• Enthusiasm for working in a team environment,
• Tact and professionalism when it comes to handling confidential information and addressing applicants concerns,
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal,
• Ability to pick up new software easily,
• Desire to grow within the company
