A Reputable Company located in Dekweneh is seeking to recruit a Production Manager.
Main Duties:
- Apply formulas and modify protocol.
- Generate daily production reports such as statistics, product quality, and standards tests.
- Control the production & the filling process.
- Calibrate and control the measuring devices.
- Coordinate with suppliers and evaluate raw materials.
- Update the quality system when necessary.
- Participate in the design and development of a new product.
- Prepare the purchase orders
- Review statistics to assess the returns.
- Maintain and control the stock.
- Elaborate the production plans.
- Lead the operators.
- Inspect the products after filling.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, or any relevant field.
- 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to coach and motivate employees.
- Proven record in training employees about safety and production.
- Strong project management skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Fluent in Arabic, English, and French.
