Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our customers and assist with various administrative and customer support tasks. The ideal candidate will work closely with our sales team, clients, and other departments to ensure smooth communication and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing prompt assistance and resolving inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Act as a liaison between sales representatives, clients, and internal departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Foster strong relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage of interaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support client onboarding and ongoing service needs.
  • Accurately communicate product information, services, and company policies to customers.
  • Assist customers with order processing, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently, maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries.
  • Work with other departments to address customer concerns and enhance overall service delivery.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, sales promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information.
