On behalf of a well-established Investment Family Office in Saudi, we are mandated to look for an experienced UHNW/ Family Offices Business Development Director to join their wealth advisory division in Riyadh. This position can be also based in Lebanon with frequent travels to Saudi.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our investor base by raising capital from Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWIs), Family Offices, and Institutional investors. This role involves developing and executing a comprehensive business development strategy to promote our investment products and services, including managed accounts, funds, and corporate finance advisory services. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of the Saudi investment landscape, a strong network within the target investor segments, and exceptional relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a robust business development strategy aligned with the company's overall growth objectives.
- Identify, qualify, and cultivate relationships with potential investors, including UHNWIs, Family Offices, and Institutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling investment presentations and proposals to prospective investors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including industry professionals, financial advisors, and regulatory bodies.
- Oversee the development and execution of PR and marketing campaigns to enhance the company's brand visibility and reputation.
- Collaborate with the investment team to develop and refine investment products and services.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Manage and mentor a team of business development professionals.
Skill set
- Proven track record in business development and fundraising within the financial services industry, with a focus on the investment management sector.
- Extensive experience in building and managing relationships with UHNWIs, Family Offices, and Institutional investors in Saudi Arabia.
- In-depth knowledge of the Saudi investment landscape, regulatory environment, and investor preferences.
- Strong understanding of investment products and services, including managed accounts, funds, and corporate finance advisory services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build trust and credibility with clients and partners.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal communication skills – must have the ability to convey information verbally to fellow team members and clients.
