We are looking for a strong Project Manager to join our team in the GCC. The ideal candidate should have the skillset to promote our Exhibitions and to drive our events forward and continue the success that has been constructed over several years.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage end-to-end execution of exhibitions and trade shows.
- Coordinate with internal teams, exhibitors, and external vendors to ensure seamless operations.
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and logistics.
- Oversee the design, setup, and dismantling of exhibition booths and event spaces.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Handle on-site event management and problem-solving during the exhibition.
- Track performance metrics and provide post-event reports.
