Role Overview:

As a Digital and Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads. You will work across various platforms, including SEO, social media, content marketing, paid advertising (PPC), and email marketing. This role involves both creative and analytical skills, requiring you to manage campaigns from concept to execution while continuously monitoring and optimizing performance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Manage and optimize SEO, SEM, and paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads).
  • Plan and create engaging content for social media, blogs, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor website performance and user behavior using Google Analytics and other tools.
  • Collaborate with the creative team on visual and content creation.
  • Manage CRM and email marketing campaigns, segment audiences, and track performance.
  • Use analytics to track campaign performance, generate reports, and provide insights.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to adjust marketing tactics.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, social media, PPC, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms.
  • Strong copywriting skills and ability to create engaging content.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
