Inventory Control Specialist

Job Overview:
The Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for analyzing the data related to the inventory counts and issue requested reports accordingly.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Be involved in the preparations of the coming inventory count and ensure they are successful (on the system)
- During the stock count, ensure that all needed reports are ready for the after-count analysis
- After the stock count, collect the data and prepare the needed reports, analyze it, and communicate it to the Inventory Manager
- Consolidate the variances report provided by the Inventory Supervisors and include it in the main report
- Take action when stock counts or variances are inaccurate and order another count from the inventory team
- Conduct spot checks on the discrepancies identified and involve the inventory supervisors when needed
- Once the inventory count is approved by the Inventory Manager and Head of Inventory, post it on the system
- Summarize the reports by highlighting the main findings identified through the inventory count done and discuss it with the inventory Manager
- Assess inventory output on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis to identify trends in productivity
- Post on the system the wastage, IDT, assemblies, disassembles, issued from the branches operation team

Qualifications:
- Between 3 and 5 years of experience in related field
- Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or any related field
