Kilow simplifies medical weight loss through GLP-1 medication (e.g., Ozempic, Munjaro), personalized lifestyle plans, and comprehensive support. We are the only digital health platform in Saudi Arabia offering a complete solution for weight loss, with true medical guidance every step of the way. From doctor consultations to lab tests, medication delivery, and ongoing support, Kilow transforms weight loss into a manageable and sustainable journey to better health—all from the comfort of your home.

The Company

Kilow emerged from Sanabil Studios, a venture studio within the Sanabil ecosystem. After five months of development, we've now been in the market for just over a month, offering a truly unique digital health service in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities:

You will be part of a creative and dynamic team based in Saudi Arabia that is highly motivated to create impact. As a Product Designer you will:

  • Collaborate with the CEO, Development team and Marketing to implement designs across the entire product lifecycle.
  • Execute end-to-end design efforts across all our platforms, from conception with stakeholders to final implementation with PMs and Developers
  • Perform user research and usability testing to gain insights into user behavior and preferences, and utilize these findings to create engaging designs
  • Establish and uphold design standards, including style guides and design patterns, to ensure consistent visual language across ventures
  • Build easy-to-use and beautiful web and mobile products that users will love
  • Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, wireframes, process flows and sitemaps
  • Develop mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
  • Create screen designs and prepare its assets for our frontend Developers
  • Contribute to marketing and design efforts.
  • Take full ownership of your work and the details required to ship a successful product
  • Contribute feedback regularly towards improving our company and products
  • Design products that customers love
  • Handle multiple projects at once as part of a fast-paced, deadline-driven creative team
  • Run design and UX workshops

About you:

  • Degree in a Design field or have equivalent work experience
  • Fluency in English & Arabic with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • At least 6 years of relevant Design experience
  • A portfolio of amazing interface designs with a "wow!" factor that shows how you think, not just what you've made - send us your link or add it to your resume
  • Hands-on experience creating wireframes, user research, prototypes, user testing, etc.
  • Business know-how: Understanding of business metrics, ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data and the ability to translate company goals and objectives into digital experiences
  • Tech know-how: Understanding the limitations and necessities of the development side
  • Advanced knowledge of the best UI/UX practices for web and mobile and the best components for Android and iOS
  • Knowledge of mobile design patterns and guidelines for both Android and iOS
  • Experience with print material and identity projects (branding, packaging, posters, stickers, etc.)
  • Collaborative, self-motivated, curious, and humble attitudes
  • Extensive travel is mandatory

It would be awesome, if you:

  • Are familiar with agile methodologies
  • Have design sprint experience
  • Branding Experience

You are a superstar, if you:

  • Are able to create original illustrations
  • Have experience with High Fidelity Prototype tools (Framer X, Principle, etc)
  • Understand basic frontend languages (HTML, CSS and Javascript)
  • Are passionate about motion design and transitions
