We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect with 2 years of experience, particularly in Revit. The ideal candidate will contribute to a variety of projects, collaborating closely with senior architects and project teams to bring designs to life.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development of architectural designs, including schematic design, design development, and construction documentation.
Utilize Revit to create and modify 3D models, construction documents, and visual presentations.
Participate in project meetings and coordinate with other team members and consultants.
Conduct site visits and assessments to inform design decisions.
Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.
Support the preparation of presentations and project proposals.
Maintain project documentation and assist in project management tasks as needed.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
2 years of professional experience in architecture, with a strong focus on Revit.
Proficiency in Revit and other design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
Strong understanding of architectural principles, materials, and construction techniques.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of building codes and regulations is a plus
