GlobeMed Group, the largest Healthcare Benefits Management company in the MENA region is looking for a CRM Developer who will be responsible for improving the quality of the services provided by GlobeMed to all of its stakeholders. He/She will assist in different services under CRM, and what it entails in terms of analysis, design, development, configuration, and support to internal and external users.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Support the company’s strategic objectives to constantly improve the quality of service related communication with its stakeholders through improving the capacity and capabilities of the CRM department.
Gather, analyze, and define end user requirements for CRM data access and usability in accordance with specific business objectives.
Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and associated plans for CRM software administration and appropriate use.
Ensure that CRM application interacts properly with the core business system to avoid duplication and discrepancies in the data between the two systems.
Carry out and assist in the development of CRM applications for use across operations
Install, configure, and deploy CRM applications, systems software, and associated products throughout operations.
Manage the CRM environment in terms of:
Configuration
Integration
Deployment
Customization
Migration
Perform regular backups.
Work with network administrators, telephony system administrator and software engineers to integrate the systems needed for the operation of the CRM.
Conduct training sessions and teaching materials for propagating CRM knowledge throughout operations.
Recommend, schedule, and perform software improvements, patches, upgrades, and purchases.
Provide Support to users of the system through sound communication and with a collaborative approach
Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related fields
2-7 years’ experience in software development
Installation and Customization of Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Ability to work under stress and maintain a professional attitude
Ability to learn new languages and technologies
Flexible and willing to accept a change in priorities as necessary
Strong attention to details
Fluent in English and Arabic
Organized and well structured
