We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Relationship Manager with a proven track record in the Forex industry to be based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and cultivate strong relationships with clients in the market. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of the Forex industry, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Job Description
- Use existing/new portfolios and networks to generate new business.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate and expand the market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in the region.
- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments in the Forex sector.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to align strategies and achieve overall company objectives.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional activities for the market.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and escalations promptly to ensure high levels of customer
- Achieve or outperform the KPI set by the Head of Sales.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism when dealing with leads, clients, and all internal or external partners.
- Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets.
- Identify and map business strengths and client requirements to effectively assist them.
- Educate and train prospective clients about the company’s products, the markets and the trading platform to convert them to active clients.
- Assist all leads gathered through marketing or other connections to understand the process and regulatory requirements of the company.
- Update all information on all leads they have on the back-office system, starting with profile notes and continuing with updates after each meeting and call.
- Attend seminars, conferences, and events where appropriate.
- Keep abreast of trends and changes in the finance and FX industry.
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes of the firm.
Requirements:
Excellent knowledge and experience in financial markets
Excellent knowledge of CFD’s (Derivatives)
High attention to detail
Able to communicate with and develop relationships with clients
Excellent telephone manners, interpersonal and communication skills
