Job Purpose:
Contributing to the development of technical solutions to business problems by defining, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, to drive the design or review of test cases and process change requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining an understanding of customer business needs that are provided by the Solution Manager.
- Gathering, understanding, and analyzing requirement documents for one or more projects and translating them into software development requirement specifications.
- Providing solutions for business needs.
- Identifying and defining key inter-dependencies in relation to design and deployment and defining the success criteria for solution testing.
- Validating the delivered solutions to ensure the fulfillment of all requirements with high quality.
- Working with the Solutions Manager to demonstrate the changes applied to the system to ensure all relevant business needs are addressed.
- Supporting junior solution specialists by providing technical and developmental coaching during the execution of tasks.
Ideal Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Computing, Computer Engineering, or equivalent
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in the field
